We are not the run of the mill wedding caterers. We're here to help you be the hosts on your big day, whether it is an intimate party for a few or a sit down afternoon tea wedding for 150 guests, we're here for you.
Our afternoon tea or high tea menus are planned with you, to delight and surprise your wedding guests. If you have a quirky idea share it with us, we'll do our best to make your wedding individual.
We are based in Warrington, Cheshire, but we don't have our own premises. Instead we travel to you or we can recommend some amazing local community venues.
if you are holding your wedding in your garden, a hotel or a teepee strewn with fairy lights we can bring the full afternoon tea experience to you.
Whether you're after the look of the vintage crockery with a dessert table piled high with delicate morsels of real home made cakes or you want the full experience of a sit down afternoon tea with everyone looked after, as if you were at the Ritz, we really know how to look after you - just read our reviews to find out what other bride and grooms thought of their day.

Had a lovely Golden Wedding in June 2017 with wonderful food provided by Jennifer and her team . She did all the decorations in the Marquee ( for over 100) . Nothing was too much trouble . She provided all the flowers for the tables did the table plan , and provided cheese home made bread pate and pickles for the evening.
Can't recommend her enough, so pleasant to deal with , a can do attitude ."
Absolutely fabulous! We booked afternoon tea for our wedding. Jen and her team catered for 68 people and it was perfect. The vintage crockery was beautiful. Food lovely and fresh. Service was fantastic. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Room Forty xx
Well, ‘WOW’ is the only expression I can use. I always knew i wanted this team for my wedding due to the amazing reviews i’d read before. But Jennifer and the team were absolutely fantastic- the room was laid put beautifully, the service was out of this world, the cakes and pastries were stunning and she went above and beyond for myself being the vegan bride, vegetarian mum and gluten free husband!!! The teapots and cups/ saucers were unique and special and everyone commented on how unique and different our wedding reception was.
I cannot recommend Room Forty enough. I was worried we wouldn’t be fitted in but luckily they were free on our day. A MASSIVE THANK YOU and really do appreciate everything you did with no fuss and 100% professional. Love Katy and Mark Berry xxxxx
