All of the cakes and pies on this website have been baked by Room Forty. We also make several of our own breads, jams and chutneys too.

Our mouth watering cakes are baked from scratch using the finest, freshest ingredients, time and love. That's it. Nothing else, no nasty additives or preservatives and as few food colourings as we can.  I'm particularly fond of 'naked' cakes that don't smother the cake in buttercream, allowing the fluffy sponge to have it's moment and shine!

We have a range of gluten free and vegetarian options, working with you to develop a menu that meets your individual requirements . We ask at the time of booking for any allergy information or special dietary requirements and include advise that while we always do our very best we cannot guarantee that there will be no cross contamination.
