You get to experience the beautiful look of the crockery without spending hours searching for beautiful pieces, washing it and storing it before and after your party - and your garage or shed isn't then full of crockery for years to come!
Room Forty vintage crockery is all original and beautiful. We ensure that the cup, saucer and plate match - which elevates your wedding, christening, graduation or birthday to something truly luxurious. We have around 200 + sets available to hire, complete with tea pots, cake stands, bowls, cutlery, jam pots and more. We also have a range of linens to hire to complete the look.
We wash it all up for free!
To keep our crockery in perfect condition we wash everything by hand - so you don't need to bother washing up! Just pack them up after you have finished carefully and we will do the rest.
If you don't like tea, we know a few cocktails that could tickle your fancy. Think prohibition party : feather boas, 1920's/30's glamour....timeless music, fabulous props and lots of laughs!

Room Forty Hire package includes EVERYTHING you need for a vintage afternoon tea party , remember we wash it all up for you too which is included in the price. We can even deliver it, collect it and come and set it all up for you if you wish.
With a cup and saucer available to hire for just £1.30 per person, hiring beautiful crockery is so much easier than scouring charity shops and online auctions, and we guarantee you wont be disappointed when it arrives, spotlessly clean and with no dishwashers in sight the colours and 100 year old gold guild remain as bright as the day they were made!
If you're after the works, we have a ready to go package, which includes all the basics for your special vintage afternoon tea*. At just £4.70 per person we include everything that we would bring out for an afternoon tea when we serve it, including:
