Room Forty bring all the bread making equipment and know how, to transform your kitchen, or the one in your holiday home (or even caravan!) into a bakery for a morning, afternoon or even an evening; and we have a range of classes we can teach you.
We're patient, fun and knowledgeable, and won silver in the world bread awards for our white loaf, and with over 1500 people who have attended our classes (many have done them all!) we know that our methods and recipes really work.
Invite your friends and they can take home everything they make, including the recipes and really sound knowledge. PLUS we will make pizza, so you and your guests get a free meal at the end of the class!
So confident are we in our teaching methods and recipes, that we actually GUARANTEE our beginners class, so if you can't do it when you get home, we'll help you until you can.
At the end of this class you will be able to make your own white bread (to our world bread award winning recipe) a wholemeal loaf, pizza and soda bread.
This is a great activity for a mid week holiday break, or even a Christmas activity as we will theme it to the season.
