We deliver afternoon tea in a box, as well as our full afternoon tea with crockery and service.

Whatever the occasion you sometimes need a delicious treat delivering to your door, without the fuss, and at Room Forty we are happy to oblige. 

We started doing our afternoon tea in a box during Covid, and delivered to individual households, small family groups and even did scone boxes for funerals for people to take away with them. 

Every box is made with love and filled with an array of goodies. They are always packed so the savoury and sweet don't mingle. These are 10inch boxes, and it's hard to photograph quite how much we manage to squeeze in. 

Pictured is our Christmas box from last year, 4 sandwiches, cheese and onion pasty, scone with jam and clotted cream, lemon posset with pomegranate and shortbread biscuit, chocolate mud cake Black Forest style chocolate mud cake, and Christmas Cake, along with some crisps and salad. 

Everything is home made with care in my 5 star food hygiene rated kitchen, and each menu changes depending on the season. 

Did I mention it is all home made using real butter and natural real ingredients. 

And if you do want the crockery, the linen, the service then we can do that too. Just ask and we'll build the package around you.
